Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- I will create your invoices and ensure prompt payment by your clients. I will input expenses, bills, and invoices and ensure your suppliers are paid on time. If cash is king, then cash flow (for your business) is the emperor.
Monthly Bookkeeping Services
- I will maintain the bank ledger, record all transactions, reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements, and provide you with accurate financial statements in QBO. I can provide KPI and management reports for you to optimize your current operations and plan for future expansion.
Tax Remittances
- You have to pay your taxes, but not a cent more than you need to. I will file, or help you file, all your taxes – GST, provincial tax (if applicable), payroll, WCB – and help you with tax planning.
Payroll
- If you don't yet have a payroll system, I will set you up on Wagepoint. If you already use a payroll software, I will take this over and ensure regular payroll processing and reporting, employee record management, and ROE and T4 filings.
Year-End Preparation
- A chartered accountant will need to file your annual return, but I can do everything else – all reconciliation and reporting – and save you money. Any questions your accountant has about your books will end up on my plate, not yours.
