Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
I create and send invoices, track receivables, and help ensure timely payment from your clients. I also record expenses, process bills, and make sure your suppliers are paid on time. If cash is king, then cash flow is the emperor.
Monthly Bookkeeping Services
I maintain your bank ledger, record all transactions, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, and provide accurate financial statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I can also prepare KPI and management reports to help you optimize operations and plan for future growth.
Tax Remittances
You have to pay your taxes—but not a cent more than necessary. I file, or assist with filing, all required remittances, including GST, provincial taxes (if applicable), payroll, and WCB, and support you with tax planning throughout the year.
Payroll
If you don’t yet have a payroll system, I can set you up with Wagepoint. If you already use payroll software, I’ll take over its management to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, employee record maintenance, and required filings such as ROEs and T4s.
Year-End Preparation
While a chartered accountant files your annual return, I handle everything leading up to it—reconciliations, reports, and year-end preparation—saving you time and money. Any questions from your accountant come to me, not you.
Rates & Confidentiality
My rate is $40/hour. The average cost of a bookkeeper in Canada ranges from $40–$80/hour, with higher rates for accountants holding professional designations.
All company information is kept in the strictest confidence, as outlined in the Engagement Letter we sign before services begin.
